Mila: 28 weeks old…
Hi there. Our little “grabby” is now 28 weeks old!

This week we are in Florida and the girls are starting to sit and “play” with toys. Ava has figured out that Mila loves to shove everything in her mouth so sometimes she “helps” her out.

The mornings are the best. Because Mila waits and waits for Ava to wake up and then squeals and wiggles when she sees her coming over to say good morning.

Just as much as she loves those two fingers. Oh and notice those super long strands of hair at the back of her head/behind her ears. I’ve contemplated cutting them. They are super long and awkward. But now I don’t have to do a thing about them because they fell off. All by themselves. Yeah!

Mila also loves Yoda. But she still hasn’t figured out how to pet her gently.

She loves to grab and squeeze a fist full of Yoda and then shriek. Sorry Yoda.

So on the back of our Airstream, we have our website name displayed. We notice that people search for us online and get to our site. But we have never had anyone email us and invite us to their place of work. That is exactly what happened while we were in Panama City Beach. The manager of an aquatic center invited us over for a free swim and we obliged. For some reason, Florida was unusually windy this week. So Mila and I sat at the sidelines.

The lifeguard felt sorry for us and said it was okay for us to sit in the plastic covered lifeguard tent. And that is just what we did. Here is Mila pretending to be a lifeguard while making fart sounds.

Mila is always with me. Always. And I love it. Because she might be the last baby. And I want to savor all the baby stuff before it disappears forever. But Mama needs a break and Ava needs her Mama all to herself sometimes. So Dada gets to wear Mila around too. Here they are walking and looking for manatees.

Look who finally got on a swing for the first time.

And her first time on the baby slide too. Man, do I look like a giant or what?!?! Hehe.

Mila is still not mobile so she can sleep on the bed just fine. And always with Yoda.

So feeding Mila cereal is a pain and not too appetizing looking. So we are off to real food. Bananas!

And she loves them. Yeah. And that mini-mohawk? That’s because Ava sometimes misses Mila’s mouth and feeds her forehead instead.

Next stop of our trip is Weeki Wachi. A mermaid place. Here are the four of us on a boat ride in a natural spring.

Mila hated bath time before she could sit up by herself. But now she loves it. And cries when I take her out. (I can never win.)

Oh and there has been some crying this week. See the swollen gums and white color? Her bottom teeth are trying to come out and it’s causing some sadness.

Big milestone this week. Look who finally rolled over from back to stomach!!!!
