Mila: 27 weeks old…
Hi there. Our little “grabby” is now 27 weeks old!

And still on a cross country road trip.

If you can’t tell by the beads, we are now in New Orleans.

Discovering the French Quarter on foot… and stroller too.

One of our stops of the week was the New Orleans City Park, where Mila watched her big sister go on rides and slides.

But she didn’t mind sitting on the sidelines. I’m sure that will change before we know it.

We also went to a museum where Mila spent most of her time laughing.

Because her big sister is silly when she runs.

We did tons of walking this week since it’s almost impossible to drive in the French Quarter. Mila didn’t mind one bit.

But her cheeks did! Look how red they got. Sorry little one.

Mila loves getting hugs from Ava.

And she has become a tough little cookie. Because hugs usually lead to…

…some other kinda trouble. Help!

And sometimes Mila is the troublemaker. She is now realizing that she can grab trash bags and dishtowels.

You might be wondering where we all sleep in this Airstream. Well… the girls start off on our bed together, while Dan and I hang out at the dinette.

Then at our bedtime, we move Ava to the couch and Mila to the pack ‘n play that sits in the hallway/kitchen.

Oh and a new milestone this week. Mila has finally figured out that we have a cat! Yoda… Mila. Mila… Yoda.

Before we knew it, we said good-bye to New Orleans, drove straight thru Mississippi and onto a battleship in Alabama.
